As part of the cable repair strategy, a contractual partner is being sought for cable fault location who, in the event of a cable fault, can determine the fault location onshore, offshore or in the Wadden Sea on the client's cable systems (energy and fiber optic cables) in Germany and the Netherlands within the shortest possible time. This includes rough predetermination of the fault location, locating the cable along the respective route and final determination (postdetection) of the fault location with the technical best possible accuracy. TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers of Emergency Response and Rescue Vessels (ERRV), also called Safety Standby Vessels, and their crews to conclude a service framework contract for the duration of 3 years (+2 +2 years as options). An ERRV is required during various scenarios related to the operation of TenneT's offshore platforms. It is to ensure and increase the safety of the people working offshore, especially during non-routine works at non-secured working environments, like over the side or underneath the platform. The ERRV will be utilised during scheduled maintenance campaigns as well as for short-term trouble shooting and construction campaigns. The ERRV will be working in close vicinity of the platform and cover overboard works at the platforms and rescue persons from the water in case of emergency and providing them with first aid.
TenneT is looking for reliable, trustworthy and highly professional providers of Class B and Class C Guard Vessels (GV) and their respective crews to conclude a service framework contract for the duration of 3 years (+2 +2 years as options = 7 years max.). For the specific tasks, the Client distinguishes between and requires GV of Class B (max. speed min. 15 knots) and Class C (max. speed min. 10 knots). The minimum requirement is a contractor fleet of at least 3 Guard Vessels for each Class: Class B (maximum speed of at least 15 knots): 3 vessels minimum within the fleet or in direct access. Class C (maximum speed of at least 10 knots): 3 vessels minimum within the fleet or in direct access. A guard vessel (GV) is required by safety regulations during various scenarios. The scope of work of the GV is to guard certain nearshore or offshore areas, e. g. during cable repairs, to protect unburied cables and joints, UXO locations or to guard a platform during outage of navigational lights or similar. General Description TenneT intends to procure insurance cover for it's offshore assets with a new Property Damage Insurance Policy with a new policy inception date 1st January 2025. The OAR Program (offshore all-risk insurance / Property Damage offshore) includes: - Property insurance for all current and future German and Dutch offshore grid connection assets as currently insured in the Offshore Machinery policy “Offshore Property Package Policy” - NorNed, Cobra, NordLink and possible future interconnectors. - The offshore assets are defined as the substation/converter station at sea, the cable connecting this station to the land station and the land station forming part of this connection. Der Auftragnehmer (AN) hat mindestens das Folgende zu liefern: · Austausch der bestehenden Videoüberwachungsanlage auf den o.g. Offshore- Plattformen · Austausch aller bestehenden Kameras an gleicher Position · Dimensionierung, Engineering, Lieferung, Installation und Anschluss der Kameras und des zur Kamera zugehörigen Equipments (z.B. Junction-Boxen, Reinigungsanlagen für Außenkameras) · Dimensionierung, Engineering, Lieferung, Installation und Anschluss des neuen Video-Managementsystems inkl. Der Bieter kann die Teilnahmeberechtigung nicht allein aus der Unterzeichnung und Einreichung der NDA ableiten. TenneT wird nur Bieter zur Teilnahme an der Angebotsphase zulassen, die sich während der Aufrufphase erfolgreich qualifiziert haben. Die Bewerbung für den Aufruf zum Wettbewerb muss spätestens bis zum 27.09.2024 um 16:00 Uhr MEZ über die Vergabeplattform Mercell Source-to-Contract eingereicht werden.
