The aim of this procurement is to meet the need for consumables - anaesthesia and intensive care. The objective of the Framework Agreement is to establish a good source of supply for medical material - anaesthesia and intensive care in a quality good and cost efficient way, at the same time as focusing on sobriety and control and management of consumption. It is a significant purpose for the Contracting Authority to ensure a supply-secure source of supplies for this material that can directly affect military production. Parts of the objective of the procurement are to supply the Norwegian Defence ́s already existing sanitary systems. Due to the Norwegian Defence ́s distinctive character, standardisation and material equality are important factors in ensuring quality, security, stand-by and compatibility with other NATO countries. It is critically important for the Norwegian Armed Forces that already function packed sacks, pockets and other configured systems in the sanitation service will be as little affected as possible. This is to ensure that the soldier can carry out set procedures with the material that can be accommodated in the bag. The procurement will include materials that will be used by the Norwegian Armed Forces personnel during operations, training under most climatic conditions and in a broad spectrum of different environments, from hospitals and doctors' offices, in the forest and other terrains, on-board vessels, in vehicles and on ambulances. This can i.a. lead to large variations in temperature and humidity. Everything from desert and strong heat to low temperatures and high humidity winter time. This procurement shall, therefore, i.a. ensure consumables where the function, standard and size of the product take care of these considerations. Furthermore, the aim is to ensure good cooperation with a loyal cooperation partner with good knowledge and experience with continual ability to work proactively and future orientated towards, among other things, reduced environmental impact, optimisation and standardisation of assortment, management of consumption and procurement through catalogue and analysis work as well as follow-up. On behalf of the defence sector, The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) invites tenderers to participate in the qualification process for the procurement of a new system for Architecture and Security Management for use in the defence sector. The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure after a prior notice and prequalification. A Vector network analyser (VNA), 9 kHz - 43 GHZ with two ports shall be procured. Full size laboratory model with option for mounting in rack. Operation via the front panel in forms of buttons and touch screen, and via the computer bus GPIB. The measurement ports shall be extended with two cables of approx. 60 cm. The contract period will be from when the contract is signed until the item/service is delivered in full.

The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for the procurement of three mobile cranes (procurement agreement), as well as maintenance and operation of the mobile cranes throughout the lifetime (CLS agreement). The mobile cranes shall be used in Norway and must be constructed to tolerate outdoor storage, as well as operation under Norwegian climate conditions and outer stress. The objective of the CLS agreement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority acquires the necessary competence for correct use, handling and maintenance of the mobile cranes. It is a prerequisite that the same supplier who delivers the mobile cranes also offers the accompanying goods and services. The chosen tenderer will have overall responsibility for all technical support connected to the mobile cranes.

Program MIME is an investment program owned by the Norwegian Defence Staff, organised in The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) Effect and Demand Management is being safeguarded by the Norwegian Defence ́s operative headquarters. The assistance "Project Coordinator" shall cover an important part of the Navy's obligations to program MIME. The main objective of the MIME programme is to deliver combat ICT systems and the programme will run for 10 years, divided into 2-3 years delivery waves. Each wave is organised in supplier currents, which individually take care of operative deliveries to the Norwegian Armed Forces.

The objective of the market dialogue is to give Norwegian Defence Materiel a more in-depth knowledge of the market in regard to potential suppliers, technical performance, price and delivery time. The requirement specifications for autoclaves and washing decontaminators are attached. The contracting authority requests feedback on the requirements if the tenderer sees contradictions, errors or similar that ought to be addressed before the announcement.
