The Scope of the tender is to develop and test a framework to demonstrate the socio-economic benefits brought by a selection of UCI activities. The objective is to provide, for a limited set of UCI projects, concise and robust quantitative and/or qualitative evidence, presented in a straightforward, visual and easily communicable manner.
